The supervised project allows you to undertake independent study to complete one of a range of outputs. Practising on more than an occasional basis: prior permission required

You can improve the likelihood of a hard cast being allowed by covering all surfaces with high-density, closed-cell polyurethane at least a ½ inch thick or an alternative similar padding. Be aware that even if the it is covered, it’s still the Referee’s decision as to whether the cast is safe to others. A player may still be not allowed even with a covered hard cast. Flip flops are not allowed because the open toe is a hazard to the player.

Medical Alert jewelry is allowed provided it is properly taped down and does not pose any danger to the wearer or other participants. The referee still has the final say as to whether it is safe or not to allow the player to play. It poses risk of injury to both the wearer and the other players on the pitch. Law 4 is clear on this matter which has been reinforced by the State Referee Committee .

Cleats, however, are essential for effective outdoor competition. Religious items mandated by a person’s faith may be worn, but only if they are well paddedandthe referee deems it to be safe.
